We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
All our products are sold for domestic and private use. Use in commercial settings will make any
warranties void. All products are for use by the manufacturers age group only.
Section 6 – Delivery
There may be extended delivery times on products at seasonal or other times of year. We will try to
keep you updated where possible.
Please check all deliveries upon receipt. If incorrect please contact our team, within 24 hours, to arrange replacements, unfortunately we will not compensate if this occurs.
Products may be shipped directly from our suppliers and will be delivered separately from other items.
The delivery options and prices displayed will depend upon your total order size and weight.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement, and orders are processed & dispatched asap.
Selected products throughout our store have free delivery and may be shipped separately. If your order contains a mix of ride on toys and smaller items, it will be shipped in multiple parts and will likely arrive at different times.
Larger toys will be dispatched asap but please allow slightly longer for delivery. Please contact our team for timings if required or if you require an urgent delivery.
Please open all parcels on receipt to check the items/contents are correct. If incorrect please contact our team.
If goods are delivered by a courier service, please check all items are present and not damaged before signing or accepting delivery. If they are damaged please add a comment to the delivery note.
Our delivery times are an anticipated timescale and should we fail to deliver on the dates advised, Fields, Farmyards and Families are not liable for any claim for compensation.
During busy periods e.g. Christmas delivery times may be longer than anticipated, we cannot take any responsibility for Royal mail or courier services.
Section 7 – Prices
Prices may be altered at any time.
On the rare occurrence that the products have been listed incorrectly or with the incorrect pricing displayed, if the product/item should have had a higher price than that stated, we will at our discretion either; contact you before dispatching or reject the order and notify you.
We are under no obligation to provide the product at the incorrect lower price, even after we have sent a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obviously or unmistakably recognizable as an error.
Section 8 – Stock
Fields Farmyards and Families stock system is not a live system, therefore if products become unavailable, we will try to offer an alternative or a refund.
All of our products are listed as subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the ordered product we will inform you asap. If you have paid for the item we will provide a refund asap.
In the event that the goods or products are not available we may refuse an order. We may also refuse an order if there is a pricing or product error and if the payment hasn’t been authorized.
Section 9 – Missing parts
No compensation is available for missing parts. Please contact us to advise the part and quantity and we will liaise with the manufacturers to arrange shipping of these.
Section 10 – Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
